Problem

Entelegen had had its website for a number of years and over that time more and more content had been added, making it unwieldy and burdened with old and irrelevant information.

Ian Hendry of Entelegen knew that it would be a huge undertaking to revamp the existing site and, as it was difficult to update anyway, decided to look for a new content-management package.

Solution

After looking at the different products available in the range, Ian decided that the IRUN Pro package would best suit Entelegen’s needs.

The Pro package includes up to 100 web pages, 5 email addresses and a full set of management tools, which allow the client to update the site anytime, anywhere, with no special skills required.

All the IRUN packages are 100% internet based so there is no software to load or update. Hosting and technical support are also included.

Result

Entelegen has two parts to its business which they wanted the new website to focus on. The first was to offer basic level information to prospects of outsourced bespoke sales services and provide them with a means of contacting Entelegen for a more detailed discussion.  There are several calls to action on the site, with free-phone numbers and feedback forms prompting customer contact.

The second area relates to the Salesnet customer relationship management (CRM) package Entelegen provides to clients. Salesnet was recently acquired by RightNow Technologies, a leader in the CRM field, whose own corporate site does not contain the same level of useful support information as the original Salesnet website. Ian therefore felt that Entelegen needed a way to supply this information itself, helping to ensure the continued smooth running of its clients’ sales teams.

Ian quickly and easily built a site which satisfies all of his requirements. In addition to providing information on the services Entelegen offers, the site links directly to Entelegen’s Salesnet CRM system, therefore enabling Entelegen’s sales team to effectively track enquiries from prospects for all its services.

There is also a Salesnet Support and Assistance area which users can be directed to when they have a query, download solutions and other information as required. This means that Entelegen is not continually sending out the same information to users, therefore saving time and money.

I have not required any technical assistance which I think is testament to how easy the IRUN package is to use, even when trying to incorporate the more advanced features of the system.
