Case study – EVE

EVE is an Oxfordshire-based shop which specialises in exclusive, good quality yet affordable, jewellery and accessories.

Problem

Tamsin Beard, owner of EVE, is no stranger to building and maintaining a website. She used an IRUN-WebBuildPRO package to build the website for her first jewellery business, Oceans Apart.

When the opportunity arose for Tamsin to sell her jewellery and accessories via a retail outlet, rather than at the craft fairs and fêtes as she had done with Oceans Apart, she knew immediately that she would need a completely new website for her new business venture.

Solution

Having previously used IRUN-WebBuildPRO’s Lite package, Tamsin felt that this would be appropriate for her new site.

The Lite package includes 10 web pages, 1 email address and a full set of management tools which allows the client to update the site anytime, anywhere, with no special skills required.

All the IRUN-WebBuildPRO packages are 100% internet based so there is no software to load or update. Hosting and technical support are also included.

Result

With her previous experience of the IRUN-WebBuildPRO system, Tamsin was able to build her site herself.

However, she did benefit from a small amount of free refresher training from IRUN’s Customer Service Manager, Andrew Allen, in setting up her email accounts and domain name management.
