Refund Policy

Cooling Off period

Any goods supplied by IRUN Solutions are supplied with a 7 day cooling off period. If you should change your mind about your purchase within 7 days of purchase we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) as long as the product is returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition, including the undamaged product packaging, complete with all instructions and any extra batteries, spare parts, accessories etc.

Please understand that we cannot accept a return on an item that has been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts. If our returns department cannot accept your return, we will return the goods back to you and additional delivery charge may be incurred.

Please note that this does not apply to domain name registrations, as they are automatically registered immediately upon receipt of payment. 

Please ensure the returned item(s) is packed securely and is accompanied by a completed returns form. This will help us to process your return without any unnecessary delays.

• Any postage costs on sending the item will not be refunded
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend that any returned goods are sent via a registered and insured shipper.

Refunds

We aim to refund customers within 7 working days of receiving your goods back into our warehouse. Once processed, refunds will be transferred back to the original credit card.

These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
