Driving Force behind Successful Website

London-based Bensons Chauffeur Services, has recently enjoyed a boost in business thanks to an improved website.  The company provides a highly professional, tailored service for local business and executive clientele within the London area. 

Problem

Bensons, having acquired a successful Docklands Chauffeur company in 2004, needed to overhaul its website to make it more manageable.  Employing the original web-designer to update the site, would be both costly and inconvenient.  There were also concerns with online security - an issue Bensons needed to resolve quickly.

Paul de Ridder, of IRUN Docklands, approached Bensons’ sales executive Tracy Ashe to discuss the website’s content, having noted its lack of key words.  The site was not attracting new business and had a low ranking with the major search engines.

Solution

IRUN’s solution was to recommend the WebBuildPRO package, allowing the client to maintain the site without requiring technical skills.  Within a month, the new website was fully operational and able to offer a secure online booking system.  Paul de Ridder worked closely with Tracy to find ways of attracting more visitors to the site.

IRUN also provided a graphic design service to give the website a more contemporary look.  Links were added to enable potential clients to browse the site with ease.  Tracy is now hoping to take advantage of the free ‘webinars’, which IRUN offer as part of the package.  A newsletter for customers is in the planning stage, along with a discount promotion for new account holders.

Result

Since the new site has been launched, Bensons is delighted by an increase in new clients booking online.  The company now ranks highly in search engine results, following key word research.  Tracy Ashe feels the website is more informative, as well as efficient; a real showcase for the company, in fact.
